So it seems that with Delaying the Real World comes Pursing the Blogging World. As I spend the next 9 months in Cambodia and attempt to delay the real world, or recreate it perhaps, I will be updating this blog with information about my successes and failures (hopefully more of the former), the trails and tribulations of starting up a non-profit, the characters I met along the way, and maybe a random Deep Thought every now and then ;-) Follow along as I journey to Cambodia, lead volunteer and cycling tours, and work with an amazing team of motivated individuals to create a sustainable and responsible organization, PEPY (www.pepyride.org).

At present, I'm in Hamamatsu, Japan. I'm spending a week in Japan fundraising, giving PEPY talks, and seeing old friends as I lived here for three years. This weekend I am off to the All-Japan Soccer Tournaments, not to be missed for those living in Japan as they are the biggest soccer tournaments in the country and throw a great party on the Saturday night! They also support PEPY, so gotta love them even more :-) Too bad I am COMPLETELY out of shape (says the girl who is supposed to be leading cycling tours..... :-))

On Monday I fly to Bangkok - spend a lovely night in the airport - and head to Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh, in the morning...... more from there!
